EZ Rides — Electronic Consent Agreement

This Electronic Consent Agreement ("Agreement") applies to your use of the EZ Rides online finance application and any related financing products and services offered by 14139607 Canada Inc., operating as EZ Rides ("EZ Rides," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read it carefully before submitting your application. If you apply together with a co-applicant or guarantor ("co-signer"), each person who submits information accepts this Agreement on their own behalf.

1. Electronic-only product

The EZ Rides finance application is an electronic-only product. By accepting this Agreement, you consent to conduct this transaction electronically and to receive all related records electronically rather than on paper.

2. Records covered by your consent

Your consent applies to all documents, disclosures, notices, agreements, and statements that we are required or choose to provide to you in connection with your finance application and any resulting financing application or arrangement (collectively, "Records"), including but not limited to:

• this Agreement and our Terms and Conditions;
• our Privacy Policy and any related privacy or consent notices;
• the results and status of your application;
• any disclosures relating to credit inquiries; and
• any other communications relating to your application.

Our finance and lending partners may also provide records to you electronically in connection with your application, under their own agreements and terms.

3. How we deliver Records

We may deliver Records to you by: (a) email to the address you provide; (b) display or download through our website or application; or (c) another electronic method we make available. A Record is considered delivered when it is sent to the email address you provided or made available on the platform you used to apply.

4. Keeping your contact information current

You are responsible for providing and maintaining a valid email address and for promptly notifying us of any change. You can update your contact information by contacting us at info@ezrides.ca or +1 844 349 7433. We are not responsible for Records you do not receive because the contact information you provided was inaccurate or out of date.

5. Hardware and software requirements

To receive and retain Records electronically, you will need:

• a device with internet access;
• a current web browser that supports secure (HTTPS) connections;
• a valid email account;
• the ability to view and save PDF documents; and
• sufficient storage, or the ability to print, to retain any Records you wish to keep.

By accepting this Agreement, you confirm that you have access to the hardware and software described above.

6. Retaining copies

We recommend that you save or print a copy of all Records for your own records. [If applicable: Records will remain available to you through our platform for [period].]

7. Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw your consent to receive Records electronically at any time by contacting us at info@ezrides.ca or +1 844 349 7433. Because this is an electronic-only product, if you withdraw this consent we may be unable to continue processing your application or providing the related financing application service. Withdrawing this consent does not affect the validity of any Record provided electronically before your withdrawal took effect.

This Agreement governs only your consent to receive Records electronically. To withdraw your consent to the credit inquiry or to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy or contact our Privacy Officer at privacy@ezrides.ca.

8. Updates to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If we make a material change, we will notify you electronically. Your continued use of the application after an update takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

10. Your acceptance

By clicking "Submit" or "I Agree," you confirm that you:

• have read and understood this Agreement;
• consent to transact electronically and to receive all Records electronically;
• meet the hardware and software requirements described in Section 5; and
• are at least the age of majority in your province of residence.
