EZ Rides Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Times: Canada Wide
    In-Stock Products: Shipped within 3-10 business days*.
  • In-Stock Accessories/Parts: Shipped within 4-7 business days*.
  • Special Orders/Custom Items: Shipping times vary based on order specifications, and some items may take additional time depending on customization requirements.
  • Pre-Order Items: Shipping dates provided for pre-order items are estimated only. While we do our best to meet these timelines, delivery dates may vary depending on availability and production schedules.
  • Free Shipping: Free shipping is offered with delivery timelines that are estimates only and subject to carrier availability. In certain circumstances, additional fees or charges may apply based on shipping constraints or delivery requirements. Customers will be contacted and notified of any applicable fees prior to processing or shipment.

*Availability & Shipping Timelines: Our shipping timelines may change based on several factors, including product availability, manufacturer lead times, shipment size, and specific part requests. Although an item may be marked as in stock, it may not be immediately available for shipment due to these factors.

Shipping Options:

  • All products ship in box form. If you prefer to receive your product fully built, please select EZ Rides Delivery at checkout.
  • Choose from various shipping rates at checkout.
  • Local Pickup and Local Delivery options are available

Order Confirmation & Tracking:

  • You will receive an email confirmation from the carrier once your order is shipped.
  • Tracking information is provided through your Shopify order and the shipping carrier to monitor shipment status.
  • All deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt.

Shipping Carriers:
Our primary shipping partners include CANPAR, FedEx, Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS. For certain large or bulky items, some orders may ship as a pallet and will be handled with alternative shipping methods coordinated by our EZ Rides Service Team based out of our Lakefield, Ontario location.
