In House Service
The customer is responsible for bringing the defective product to an EZ Rides location for warranty evaluation and repair. The customer is also responsible for any shipping, transportation or handling costs associated with bringing the product to an EZ Rides location.
Service Calls
Service calls in a 75km radius from the store purchased is a base fee of $119.00 CDN. Service calls beyond 75km of store purchased from are pro-rated at a $50.00 CDN dispatch fee + $2.00/km travelled. Large pallet items are subject to extra fees.
