Some mobility scooters are certified as medical devices by the manufacturer. That certification travels with the unit, and it is what lets us sell it to you tax free — nothing to claim back afterwards, no paperwork to file. Not every manufacturer certifies, so it applies to some models and not others. Everything in this collection is currently sold tax-exempt.
